Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. What you're buying

HeadlessCoreis a self-hosted software product: a WordPress theme, a Next.js starter kit, and accompanying documentation, delivered as a downloadable ZIP file after purchase. Your license key entitles you to download, install, and use the product on your own hosting, per the license terms shown at checkout and in the product's license.txt. You are responsible for your own hosting, domain, and deployment — HeadlessCore does not include hosting.

2. License key & usage

Your license key is tied to your purchase and email address. Do not share it publicly or resell it. Product updates are available for the license duration shown at time of purchase (lifetime or 1 year, as applicable) via the download page or in-dashboard update checker.

3. Refund policy

Because HeadlessCore is downloadable software delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once the license key and download have been issued. We do, however, offer a refund if:

• you request it within 14 days of purchase, and
• the product genuinely does not work as described and our support could not resolve it.

To request a refund, email hello@aarudhnextgen.com with your license key prefix (first 16 characters) and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

4. Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis via email at hello@aarudhnextgen.com. We can help with installation issues, license activation, and reproducible bugs in the product itself. Support does not cover custom development, third-party hosting issues, or modifications you've made to the code.

5. No warranty

HeadlessCoreis provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this software, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
